Tilda started her career in TV advertising production, and then worked for Greenpeace, before making documentaries and setting up a trust.
She began fundraising for Michael Park Steiner School then moved on to the YWCA Auckland.
Tilda now recruits fundraisers and marketing professionals and has an interest in the arts, social enterprise and environmental causes.
She has a Post Graduate Marketing Diploma from MIT Auckland.
Samara began her career working across the not-for profit and government sectors in Indigenous Affairs, policy, health promotion, project management, education and gender inequality. Before joining Execucare NZ, Samara worked for international recruitment consultancy, Walker Andersen as a specialist recruiter focussing on Professional Services within the Accounting sector.
Samara has a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) and a Master of International Law from the Australian National University.
Trilby provides administrative and research support to the NZ Director.
Prior to joining Execucare, she worked as a Manager at Kapai New Zealand.
Sarah began her early career practicing as a lawyer before moving into executive recruitment at Sheffield Consulting Group. She has worked for a variety of professional service firms in both Auckland and London.
In recent years she established herself as a fundraiser, first at Starship Foundation and then at St Cuthbert’s College, where she was the Head of Development.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
